I'm looking for a company that takes its craft seriously and doesn't take itself too seriously. I bring a rare blend of product strategy, UX instinct, and technical fluency that most PMs don't have, and I'd love to put it to work on something that matters.
The best products don't just move tasks from A to B. They understand what users are trying to accomplish, and get out of the way.
Years building across the systems that power how work gets done — cross-product workflows, approvals, orchestration, automation, and the permissions layers underneath have honed my thinking across internal and external systems. Complex domains with real consequences if you get them wrong.
My journey started in design before moving into product. I can sketch a wireframe, write a PRD, and explain both to leadership. That design instinct shapes product decisions I make.
For one product, I've aligned 80+ stakeholders across 15 departments and three countries. I know how to influence without authority, hold a vision together, and stay close enough to execution to catch when things drift.
AI is most useful removing friction from real workflows, not to tick a box. I've shipped AI solutions in production, built AI-assisted feedback pipelines, and placed in innovation hackathons for AI-native approaches.
Last on this list, but always first in thought and action. Answering the question, "What are we doing to make it hard for customers to do business with us?", repeatedly and then removing barriers. Happy users lead to growth, retention, and fans that recommend.
Lead product strategy for OEM forecasting solutions serving major automotive manufacturers. Built AI-powered customer feedback pipelines using NotebookLM and established a company-wide software delivery framework to improve cross-functional execution consistency.
Automotive manufacturers use these forecasts to make billion-dollar planning decisions. Getting the product right means reducing risk at a scale most software never touches. The delivery framework gave leadership visibility and teams clarity they didn't have before.
Led Workflows across three product teams for an HR and payroll platform serving millions of users. Shipped automation, approval routing, permissions management, and pay and position change flows. Mentored four junior PMs. Completed a generative AI workflow POC and placed 3rd in an internal innovation hackathon.
A broken approval flow doesn't just frustrate a user, it delays someone's paycheck. The workflows we shipped enabled admins to build their automations that matched their needs, stay compliant, and saved customers thousands of hours every month. The AI POC demonstrated a faster path to building complex automations that previously required significant manual configuration.
Owned product strategy across four global teams for Contacts and Automations platforms. Managed and mentored four Product Owners. Built scalable workflow automation capabilities that shifted customers from manual, reactive communication to configurable, intelligent workflows.
Businesses rely on high-volume communications for time-sensitive, revenue-critical interactions. The automation capabilities we built reduced manual overhead and gave customers control over their communications at a scale that wasn't previously possible on the platform.
Led cross-functional product strategy for Mailchimp engagement initiatives across analytics, engineering, design, and research teams. Improved website administration and domain management experiences, optimized add-on monetization flows, and built repeatable internal marketing processes.
Mailchimp serves millions of small businesses. Reducing friction in administration and expanding monetization pathways had compounding impact, improving customer satisfaction while opening new revenue streams that scaled with the platform.
Led B2C ecommerce and digital commerce initiatives. Launched a consumer home EV charging hardware platform, including vetting and procuring a 3PL for fulfillment and a nationwide network of certified electricians for warranty work. Aligned 80+ stakeholders across 15 departments and three countries.
Buying a Porsche EV is easy. Knowing it will be charged when you need it is what builds trust. Closing that loop, from purchase to installed hardware to reliable home charging to service and replacement, required thinking beyond the digital product to the full customer experience.
Owned digital retail and reservation platforms across 48 dealerships. Led consumer-facing web and mobile experiences across the Canadian market, managed distributed development partners across three countries, and drove tens of thousands of monthly customer leads.
Increased new and certified pre-owned inventory visibility by 69%, directly expanding the pool of vehicles customers could discover and act on. In automotive retail, visibility is revenue, and the platform improvements and lead generation translated into millions in dealer sales.

Tools & Technologies
I'm a product management leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, workflow automation systems, and consumer digital experiences. My career began in web design and digital marketing, including time running my own agency in New Zealand, working with brands like Intuit, Elsevier, and Oakley before moving into product.
That design and development background gives me an uncommon combination of technical fluency and product instinct. I've worked across the US and Canadian markets, led distributed teams spanning multiple countries, and mentored product managers.
