My Approach
Always first in thought and action. Answering the question, "What are we doing to make it hard for customers to do business with us?", repeatedly and then removing barriers. Happy users lead to growth, retention, and fans that recommend.
Years building across the systems that power how work gets done — cross-product workflows, approvals, orchestration, automation, and the permissions layers underneath. Complex domains with real consequences that demand you always get them right.
AI is most useful removing friction from real workflows, not to tick a box. I've shipped AI solutions in production, built AI-assisted feedback pipelines, and placed in innovation hackathons for AI-native approaches.
My journey started in design before moving into product. I can sketch a wireframe, write a PRD, and explain them to leadership. I've spent my career translating user and business needs into roadmaps that actually get built and deliver measurable impact.
For one product, I've aligned 80+ stakeholders across 15 departments and three countries. I know how to influence with or without authority, hold a vision together, and stay close enough to execution to catch when things drift.
I learn by doing. I've moved from design into product, picking up SaaS, eCommerce, and Communications Platforms along the way. New domains, new tools, and hard problems don't intimidate me and are where I do my best work.
Career
Led product strategy for OEM forecasting solutions serving major automotive manufacturers. Built AI-powered customer feedback pipelines using NotebookLM and established a company-wide software delivery framework to improve cross-functional execution consistency.
Automotive manufacturers use these forecasts to make billion-dollar planning decisions. Getting the product right means reducing risk at a scale most software never touches.

I'm a product management and digital experience leader with over 2 decades of experience building, scaling, and optimizing SaaS platforms, workflow automation systems, and digital experiences. My career began in web design and digital marketing, including time running my own agency in New Zealand, working with brands like Intuit, Elsevier, and Oakley before moving into product.
That design and development background gives me an uncommon combination of technical fluency and product instinct. I've worked across the US and Canadian markets, led distributed teams spanning multiple countries, and mentored product managers.
